This accommodation can host up to 8 guests and is arranged as follows:

Ground Floor:

• An equipped kitchen open to the dining room
• A living room with a fireplace
• The first bedroom featuring a 200x200 cm bed, a whirlpool bath, and a Japanese toilet

Upstairs:

• Three bedrooms:
  • The first bedroom has a 200x200 cm bed, an en-suite shower room, and a Japanese toilet.
  • The second bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 cm bed, a steam shower, an office area, and a toilet.
  • The third bedroom includes a 180x200 cm bed.

You can enjoy the terrace after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains.

All bedrooms come with a TV. The apartment is also equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washer, and a dryer.

Bed linen, including sheets, towels, and kitchen towels, will be provided for your stay.

There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can easily get around without a car during your stay. The lake is just a 15-minute walk away, and there are nearby bike rentals (a beautiful bike path circles the lake).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled by its lake amidst a mountain setting, is renowned for its excellent environment and quality of life. The city has preserved its architectural and historical heritage, benefiting from a remarkable site downstream of the lake.

⏰ Check-ins are possible daily from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, if a self-check-in solution cannot be found, a €20 surcharge will apply.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we would be happy to welcome you before 4 PM. This can only be confirmed on the same day. Similarly, on your departure day, a late checkout is possible if the accommodation is not booked for the same evening. 🧳 For storing your luggage until your train departure, we recommend the “Casebook” Luggage Storage located in the Bonlieu park.
